Who We Are
The Founder and Executive Director of MGC Health Care Services (MGCHCS), LLC, Marnée Morgan, has 20+ years’ experience in public health, social service, education, and human services. MGCHCS is dedicated to responsible management of services to ensure our clients are safe, supported, and prepared to supervise their Personal Care Attendant (PCA.) To assist our clients, we offer basic care training, including soft skills training, and licensed medical workers to ensure that we are following the protocols as required by the State of Missouri.
